"The funny thing is that any touring musician will know that I've been there when they arrive at the gig, because I've left pictures on the walls, usually of a humorous nature, in almost every dressing room I've ever spent time in, literally all over the world, including Peter Gabriel's Real World recording studio in Bath, England, and the guest book in his dining room! And they are signed by me, with a quote or a poem. I like to "spark the naughty" in touring musicians, encouraging them to let their inner artist out too, and know others have added onto my "graffiti gifts" since then. It's all in good fun, and in the name of our arts as a collective soul.

"These acts took me around the world several times. At night, singing would make me feel the presence of God in my very being. After shows, I would go find a club to sing in. Then during the day, I was obsessed with recording my experiences and travels by painting post cards and sending them back to my California address, including the post marks as part of the art.

At the encouragement of Maurice to continue to follow her soul's calling, Linda moved to California in 1991. Under the wing of Maurice, she was introduced to the Los Angeles music scene, and soon thereafter began touring with Al Jarreau, Boz Scaggs, and Tears for Fears, to name a few.

Linda's current artistic subject matter either comes by way of simply purging emotion or through visions received through meditation.

"It's pretty easy to tell which is which. The paintings given to me in meditation are very tranquil in appearance. The emotional purgings have many, many objects in them telling the story of that particular moment in my life. But everything means something, just like my songs, and my writings. In fact, every painting has a companion song, and poetry. They all go hand in hand. I've just got to constantly, and obsessively be creating and expressing in some form.

Linda's work is quickly becoming the fascination of collectors and celebrities all over the world,
